Experience hypnosis!

Hello everyone, I am Blaine Lambert at AcatalepticHypnosis.com, I will be your host and hypnotist. Today we will be talking about the experience of hypnosis:

What is hypnosis? What does it feel like? How do you know if it worked? How do you know if you were really hypnotized?

These are all common questions and they all have answers. Isn't that great!

So what is hypnosis, hypnosis is one method of focusing concentration into a thing we call trance. Trance is a normal everyday phenomena where your whole focus is concentrating on one thing, like when ready a book or driving. The hypnotic trance is a trance with the purpose of change.

While we are in a hypnotic trance what does it feel like? It feels like relaxation most the time, that is usually what we are focusing on is the body relaxing. Hypnosis is a method of focusing the mind that typically uses relaxation as the starting point. So what does it feel like, it feels like relaxation.

How do you know if hypnosis worked, well you would feel a change you'd be different it may not be a profound immediate change but it will be a change.

How do you know if you were hypnotized. You would know you were hypnotized because we went through the steps of hypnotizing you you would feel this shift into relaxation as your mind shifts from beta down to Alpha and possibly mouth into the data. Simply closing your eyes and relaxing helps you from beta down to Alpha so that's pretty much a guarantee shift so it'll feel like daydreaming in that face and if you are able to in the first session shift all the way down to Theta then it'll feel more like a waking dream than just a Daydream.

So what does experiencing hypnosis mean, well it means that you would get to experience what hypnosis is like, that's the point of the session. In the experience hypnosis session you would get to have a full rundown of what hypnosis is what to expect and then we do a basic induction to help you get that relaxed State and help you feel what it feels like there's definitely a specific drop off that happens when you move from alpha to Theta and that is the time where it's most noticeable to be able to really understand what dropping into a deep trance feels like and sometimes I can take several seconds to get to cuz I have to take one session just depends on the person everyone can be hypnotized.
